Arabian Horizons was established in 1989, we are one of the leading travel and tourism agents in Yemen, and furnished with highly qualified staff each in his/her field, we are as well furnished with two CRS’s (Galileo, Saber & Amadeus), also we are using The Airline Accounting System which helps in controlling the tickets stock, tickets issuance, refunds, it also provides statistical reports and airlines sales reports, and it serves in providing information’s to the management.

We have Business Travel Center for Corporate Clients.

Arabian Horizons are the GSA’s for:
    Qatar Airways in the Republic of Yemen.
    Syrian Arab Airlines in the Republic of Yemen.
    Yemenia, Yemen Airways in the United States of America and Canada.

Horizons Travel & Tourism is a subsidiary company, which is an IATA agent.

As well as:
All Airlines operating to Yemen being an IATA Accredited Agent” Horizons Travel & Tourism”.

In 1995 we inaugurated Detroit (USA) office and Aden (Yemen) office.
In 1997 we inaugurated New York (USA) office. We took over Yemen Properties for InvestmentsCo. Ltd. (Crown Suites), of which we own 85%. We became the General Sales Agent’s (GSA’s) for Syrian Arab Airlines in 2002, and in the same year we inaugurated Toronto (Canada) office.
In 2007 we inaugurated Mukalla (Yemen) and Muscat (Oman) office. In 2008 we inaugurated Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) office.
In 2010 we inaugurated Dubai (UAE) office.
In our Tourism Department we provide ground arrangements for in-bound tourism into Yemen since 1989, we offer well experienced

local tour guides, who speak most of the below languages, and we are working in association with tour operators’ agencies around the world, in France, Germany, United Kingdom, Belgium, Switzerland, Portugal, Spain, Canada and America.  
    
We represent AXA Assistance in Yemen, which is an international network of assistance and services for Corporate and individual clients. Arabian Horizons Travel & Tourism team consists of 168 employees.
